Cover: Distribution of transient receptor potential melastatin-7 (TRPM7) in stimulated vascular smooth muscle cells (10 min). Alexa Fluor 488-TRPM7 was detected as green fluorescence and rhodamine-flotillin-2 as red fluorescence. Colocalization of flotillin-2 and TRPM7 is visualized as orange fluorescence. Imaging was acquired with a Zeiss Axiovert S100TV LSM 510 laser scanning system. Yogi A, Callera GE, Tostes R, Touyz RM.
